Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mogie AI, available at mogie.in (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who operates the Service

2. What the Service does

Mogie AI is an AI assistant that provides chat, deep web research with cited sources, image generation, image-to-video animation, voice mode, vision (image understanding), translation, code generation, math help, slideshow generation, study help, and a Natural Writing Mode that refines drafts into more natural prose. Features and model tiers (Mogus 1, 2, 3, and 4 Quantum) may change over time.

3. Accounts

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. You must provide accurate information and be permitted to use the Google account you sign in with.

4. Free tier & quotas

The free tier includes daily quotas, which currently are:

• 20 chat messages per day
• 5 image generations per day
• 5 voice sessions per day

Free-tier quotas reset daily and apply to the Mogus 1 and Mogus 2 tiers. We may adjust quotas to keep the Service sustainable; we'll try to give notice of significant reductions.

5. PRO subscription

• Pricing: ₹149 per month, or ₹999 per year.
• What PRO unlocks: unlimited Mogus 1/2/3 usage, early access to Mogus 4 (Quantum) within a capped rolling window, higher-quality image generation, watermark-free animation, slideshow generation, and Natural Writing Mode.
• Billing: handled by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise the applicable charge.
• Cancellation: you can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or distribute illegal content, including anything that exploits or endangers minors, incites violence, or infringes others' rights.
• Engage in academic dishonesty — for example, passing off AI-generated work as your own where that violates your institution's rules. Study Mode is intended to help you learn, not to do your graded work for you.
• Harass, abuse, defame, or deceive others, or generate spam or malware.
• Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service's limits or security.
• Misrepresent AI output as professional advice (legal, medical, financial) where you are not qualified to do so.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

7. AI output disclaimer

AI can be wrong. Outputs from the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or unsuitable for your situation, and may not reflect real events. Do not rely on the Service for professional, legal, medical, or financial decisions. Always verify important information independently. You are responsible for how you use any output.

8. Intellectual property

The Mogie AI name, brand, design, and software are owned by us. Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs you generate for your own lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content doesn't infringe third-party rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
